This is a PREORDER listing for the Mystery House Kit for the Oh! Loops Harry Potter KAL. If you are a new, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth or seventh year student and wish to be sorted by the Sorting Hat into one of the four Hogwarts Houses, but would like your house to be a mystery until you goodies arrive at your door, then this is the kit you need to purchase.
This year's kit theme is The Battle for Hogwarts.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS KIT DOES NOT COME WITH ALL OF THE SAME EXTRAS THAT THE FOUR HOUSE PREFECT KITS DO.
In this kit you will receive a total of 215 grams of yarn. 1 full 100gram skein of the new "Battle for Hogwarts" colorway and an additional 115gram skein inspired by a member of the house you are sorted into. For Slytherin it will be Professor Snape, for Ravenclaw Luna Lovegood, for Gryffindor Molly Weasley and for Hufflepuff Nymphadora Tonks.
In addition to the yarn this kit will include a new pattern designed by Kay of Crazy Sock Lady Designs and the Crazy Sock Lady Podcast, a new charm from Amanda of Little Bitty Delights, and a few other character/house themed goodies. In addition you will also receive a Platform 9 3/4 ticket, your Hogwarts Acceptance Letter and coupon codes.
DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE PREFECT KITS, ALL KITS WILL SHIP IN PRIORITY BOXES AND THEREFORE THE SHIPPING PRICE REFLECTS THAT AMOUNT. Please also note that this is a PREORDER listing for this years Harry Potter release. All orders will begin shipping the last week of August at the earliest.
While I call these "repeatable colorways", every skein and every batch is a bit different. These colorways are also highly variable, so skeins may appear brighter or darker than pictured. Please also note that if you are ordering/receiving a speckled skein, one color may be more pronounced than another and that those colors may very per batch and skein.
The yarn has been rinsed but, I recommend that any item made from this hand dyed yarn be washed separately the first time. I also recommend using a color catching sheet to maintain the color and quality of the product. Some dye leakage may still happen when the item is washed for the first time, but is not indicative of color fading.
